Lamkin Series Tour Championship Update

As a reminder, the GST - Lamkin Series Tour Championship is scheduled for August 25-28 at Oak Valley GC (a PGA Tour Q-School 2nd Stage site) in Beaumont. Series sponsor, Lamkin Corporation, is adding $25,000 to the purse.
To make the event more appealing, the winner is guaranteed $20,000 (regardless of field size).
For players interested in this event, GST has modified its eligibility requirements. IF you have competed in a 2009 Lamkin Series event, you are eligible for the Tour Championship. The entry fee will be based on the number of events you have played.
Entry fees* are as follows:
• Played in 8+ Events: $600
• Played in 5-7 Events: $800
• Played in 2-4 Events: $900
• Played in 1 Event: $1,100
*Entry fees increase by $100 after the entry deadline.
Entry Deadline: Friday, August 7, 2009.
